Neuropathic pain and symptoms - this may be due topain, tingling, pins and needles, numbness, burning, temperature changes usually occurring in a limb, hand or foot and this includes Diabetic Neuropathy, Peripheral Neuropathy, post chemotherapy, other conditions causing neuropathy - HIV, alcoholism, poisoning
Complex Regional Pain Syndromes occur usually in a limb and may develop spontaneously, after injury or surgery. This condition affects both the circulation and the nerve supply in the area. The hand or foot may change colour, become swollen and often the foot and leg, hand or arm may become difficult to move .

Fibromyalgia – a disorder of pain regulation and central sensitization with multisite pain sites in the body and limbs– this may be due to inflammatory changes and autoimmune system dysfunction
Persistent Post Surgical Pain Syndromes – due to mastectomy and or reconstruction, hernia,
Total Knee Replacement, elbow, bunionectomy or any other area post operatively that causes pain that does not respond to the usual care such as medication or injection treatment
Post fracture pain as in osteoporosis and other areas that may be fractured
Facial Pain possibly from post dental treatment or spontaneous pain in the mouth or face, post radiation for Cancer of the mouth, throat, Xerostomia from radiation – with the parotid glands not functioning
Headaches from migraine, spasm in the cervical spine
Trigeminal Neuralgia may produce facial or headache pain due to injury or inflammation of the nerve
