We are a cash practice, so full settlement of the account is required at the end of every treatment. The patient needs to submit the invoice to their medical aid for reimbursement.
A card facility is available at the practice for credit card payments. We accept all major credit cards, except American Express.
We charge medical aid rates. ICD 10 codes are used to facilitate medical aid reimbursements and depend on the condition you are being treated for and treatment modalities used. Our services are covered in full by all medical aids, except for a small charge applicable to consumables.
All patient’s information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the National Health Act no 61 of 2003.
Our practice hours are from 7:00 to 17:00, Mondays to Fridays and by appointment only on Saturdays. Home visits can be arranged on request. Our friendly receptionist, Belina, will gladly assist in finding a time most convenient to you.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances could cause you to miss an appointment. Appointments are, however, scheduled to allow for optimal patient care. Our appointments are at least 45 minutes. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you want to cancel a scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged 60% of the consultation fee.
